How do I receive my files after purchase?

Your download link is delivered instantly! Right after checkout you'll see a download button on the confirmation page, and you'll also receive an email with a link to access your files. No waiting, no shipping — just click and download.

What file format will I receive?

All of our printables are delivered as high-resolution PDF files, ready to print at home or at your local print shop.

Can I print them more than once?

Absolutely! Once you've downloaded your file, you can print it as many times as you need for personal use. Stock up, reprint when pages fill up, and print extras for the whole family.

Do I need any special software to open the files?

Nope! PDFs can be opened with the free Adobe Acrobat Reader (available at adobe.com) or any PDF viewer on your computer, tablet, or phone. Most devices can open them right out of the box.

What if my download link doesn't work?

First, check your spam or promotions folder — the email sometimes lands there. If you still can't find it, reach out to us through our Contact page and we'll get you sorted out quickly.

Can I use these printables for commercial purposes?

Our printables are licensed for personal use only. Please don't resell, redistribute, or share the digital files. Printing for your own home or family is always welcome!

Do you offer refunds on digital downloads?

Because digital files are delivered instantly and cannot be "returned," we don't offer refunds on completed purchases. However, if something goes wrong with your download or the file isn't what was described, please contact us and we'll make it right.
