At Chefmom Market, we want you to feel completely confident in every purchase. Because our products are instant digital downloads, all sales are final once the file has been delivered — but we've got you covered if something goes wrong.

We'll make it right if:

• Your file didn't download or deliver properly
• The file is corrupted or unusable
• You were charged but never received access to your download

Simply reach out to us within 7 days of purchase and we'll resend your file or issue a full refund — no hassle.

Please note: Because digital files cannot be "returned," we're unable to offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases once the file has been successfully delivered. We encourage you to read the product description carefully before purchasing.
